Acara pembukaan berlangsung pada Selasa (12\/8\/2025) dan dibuka langsung oleh Ketua PGRI Provinsi Jambi, Bapak H. Nanang Sunarya, M.Pd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"797\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/pgrijambi.or.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/diklat-cakep.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-242\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pgrijambi.or.id\/berita\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/diklat-cakep.jpg 797w, https:\/\/pgrijambi.or.id\/berita\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/diklat-cakep-300x190.jpg 300w, https:\/\/pgrijambi.or.id\/berita\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/diklat-cakep-768x488.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 797px) 100vw, 797px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-6-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5cfde01f9e9220ddac5a4ed8434bd895 wp-block-paragraph\">Diklat ini diikuti oleh 15 peserta yang berasal dari enam sekolah di bawah naungan YPLP PGRI Provinsi Jambi, yaitu SMP PGRI 2, SMP PGRI 4, SMA PGRI 2, SMK PGRI 1, SMK PGRI 2, dan SLB PGRI 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-6-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7e861e5368cc2d0f7a8b86c3e18c8ac5 wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam sambutannya, H. Nanang Sunarya, M.Pd. menyampaikan apresiasi tinggi atas terselenggaranya kegiatan ini. Beliau menegaskan bahwa program seperti ini merupakan terobosan penting karena belum pernah ada yayasan lembaga pendidikan yang menyelenggarakan diklat khusus bagi calon kepala sekolah di lingkungan internalnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-6-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-dfa54c305326faa869b438f6e1108a91 wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSaya sangat menyambut baik kegiatan ini. Ini adalah langkah nyata untuk mempersiapkan calon kepala sekolah yang profesional dan siap memimpin satuan pendidikan dengan kompetensi yang memadai,\u201d ujar beliau.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-6-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9359323780998f4d01c38c38b9e149ce wp-block-paragraph\">Pelaksanaan Diklat Cakep akan berlangsung dalam tiga tahap, yakni <em>In House Training<\/em> (12 Agustus 2025), <em>On the Job Training<\/em> (13\u201325 Agustus 2025), dan tahap <em>In<\/em> kembali pada 26 Agustus 2025 yang diisi dengan presentasi hasil kerja
